The Bronze Service is aimed at organisations that have consistent ways of working across departments and prefer to implement new strategies with limited assistance from outside consultants. The Service begins collaboratively, as nobody knows your organisation like you, but then allows you to implement IR35 compliance strategies at a pace that suits your organisation. Your IR35 Compliance Consultant will initially work closely with you to ensure that you understand the IR35 Compliance strategies; before you implement them.

Stage 1: Initial Assessment
During the initial assessment we will use a combination of online questions & answers and telephone interviews to assess where your organisation is on its path to IR35 Compliance.
We will assess key people within your organisation using our bespoke, online assessment tool:
- Lead for contract personnel’s ways-of-working.
- Lead for contractor contracts.
- In-house and contractor Programme/Project Managers.
- Other contractor personnel.
We will conduct telephone interviews with selected personnel to delve down into your people’s understanding of IR35 and how your organisation’s ways-of-working align to IR35 compliance.
We will provide you with a report that shows your current alignment to the key determining factors of IR35. The report will look at your ways-of-working and provide bespoke steps to work towards IR35 compliance.
Stage 2: Initiate Journey to IR35 Compliance
IR35 Compliance is not about a certificate, it’s a journey to a new way of working. Our consultants will work with your team to develop strategies and then ensure that you are prepared to undertake them.
We will discuss your report with you:
- Your assessment against the key determining factors of IR35 and how your knowledge has advanced.
- Bespoke steps to advance you on your journey towards IR35 compliance.
- Possible options for further assistance.
